Member Contact Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all members of the cooperative (individuals who have signed

our membership application), in regard to contacting members or sending

automated texting alerts which the member has opted in to receive. This policy

specifically refers to our Interactive Voice Response Number (IVR), also referred to as

our Outage/Payment Number 580-377-1414. For the purpose of this policy the

phone number, and any service associated with it, referred to above will henceforth

be referred to as AutoCue Interactive Texting.

Privacy Policy

This AutoCue Interactive Texting privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to

inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure

of any information you submit to us through AutoCue Interactive Texting. This

includes "Personal Information," which is information about you that is personally

identifiable such as your name, e-mail address, user ID number, and other non-public

information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as "Anonymous

Information," which is information that is not associated with or linked to your

Personal Information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.
